Our Shop & Cafe
The Fruits of Life, dating back to 1988, started as an old tin shed just down the way.
Over the years it has blossomed into a thriving farm and multi award winning gourmet produce retailer. We specialise in giving health conscious locals the freshest produce so that they can eat well and feel great.
While so much has changed from our humble beginnings, family is still at the heart of everything we do. Owners Belinda and Sam take a collaborative approach to running the business. Belinda manages the shop and juice bar, sourcing a selection of gourmet products from our network of artesian Australian suppliers. Sam operates the farm, growing produce exclusively for the shop and our farm-to-your-door deliveries.

Our Farm
Perfect produce is not a coincidence...
From planting through to harvest, we invest hard work and expertise into tending and cultivating our crops. This attentive growing and hand-harvesting means we are able to grow fruit & vegetables with individual character and multi-dimensional flavour. Over four generations of farming experience has taught us never to trade freshness for convenience, or taste for consistency.
Sam and Belinda feel so fortunate to have the opportunity to work with a terrific team that share their vision of bringing healthy, nutritious food to the local community.
